By accessing or using CVility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CVility provides a platform for uploading PDF resumes, generating shareable links, and tracking views. The service is provided “as is” and may change over time.

3. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google or email authentication provided by Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CVility to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to scrape, abuse, or overload the service.

5. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of the resumes and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such violations.

6. Privacy

Your use of CVility is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Service Limits

Free accounts are subject to limits, including a maximum number of stored resumes and maximum file size. These limits may change, and additional features may be offered through paid plans.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CVility at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

You may delete your resumes and stop using the service at any time. Contact us for full account deletion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CVility is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVility and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
